To create a platform of which women can discuss matters concerning women development and creating a voice for women in Motorsport.
To promote research into challenges relating to female participation in motorsport.
To work hand in hand with WIM commission and other sporting bodies to promote girls’ and women’s involvement in all activities of Motorsport.
To provide constitutional means for settlement of any disputes that may arise between/among members in the association.
To identify issues of importance of girls and women in Motorsport and to lay strategies where appropriate, to design strategies for positive change.
To serve as an advocacy group whose work is strongly to empower, promote, sensitize and support female participation in motorsport of Uganda.
The association through the WIM commission shall develop programs for girls and women development in line with the social, economic and cultural norms.
To identify and improve the well-being and safety of girls & women in motorsport. To do any work or action not specified in the foregoing objectives but which could be withstanding and would be useful in the fulfilment of the objectives.
